Hurricane Rita Third Most Powerful Recorded Storm

Hurricanes are ranked in different ways. The wind gusts, the size of the storm, the damage the storm causes and the isobars. Rita, on Wednesday afternoon, was ranked the third strongest recorded hurricane due to its low isobars.
