Lynchburg Area Blogger Reporting Grand Jury to Continue Investigation of Lynchburg Mayor
When the term of the previous Grand jury expired, there was some questions if the investigation of Mayor Carl Hutcherson would continue. Now there is a report that the issue has not been dropped.
