Carl Hutcherson Case: Transfered to Lynchburg

Rev Carl Hutcherson, the mayor of Lynchburg, appeared in Roanoke today in front of the US District Court. The case based on a seven count indictment, that includes charges of misusing Social Security funds for two people on disability will be rearrainged.

Wavy 10 News reports that Rev Carl Hutcherson said on leaving the Roanoke Circuit Court:

"I'm looking forward to clearing my name."

They also report it is unknow if he will be attending a city council meeting scheduled for tommorow.
