Microsoft Admits to Outsourcing Support to India

In a surprisingly candid moment, Microsoft executives have admitted to outsourcing their Customer Service Dept to India. This comes as a shock to industry experts since the company has traditionally kept everything under tight control in their Redmond Washington lair...er, um, Headquarters.
