Ben Fawley: Accidental Murder?

Ben Fawley, just doesn't know what face to use, or for that matter name. And perhaps with every name and every face is a different version of the truth, a truth that isn't even known to him. There is another blogger who also writes for court TV that says he has been tipped on some of the autopsy results of Taylor Behl. If true, it may put new light on just what a vicious person, Ben Fawley is. Fawley in his latest story to the police, (his story changes as the evidence mounts against him) said Behl Taylor died during rough sex.
He claims this happened in a her car near Mathews Virginia. She died according to him, when he engaged in restricting her air flow to enhance her sexual experience. But the tip, about the autopsy report, may point to something more telling. A tip about pelvic trauma, which may add dimension to just how severe his rough sex was.
And it may indicate that this was not consensual but rape. Rape may be a hard point to prove. But his lies are so pervasive, and if the pelvic trauma is true, he abused and used her with an abandon, regardless of the injuries that he inflicted on her. When he reported his original abduction story, there were some questions about some injuries he received.
We now know the story was a complete fabrication, he said he was assaulted. He most likely showed bruises and scratches to the police. These injuries though minor, would also be evidence that Taylor Behl struggled against him, trying to save her life. I find it doubtful that this assault took place in her car. You just do not have enough room to kill someone when engaged in sex. The more likely scenario is that it occurred in his bondage bed. The one he created to use and abuse women half his age.
We also have our doubts that Taylor Behl willing decided to have a sexual encounter with Ben Fawley. All though this is just speculation, she may have went to his house, one last time, to get something that belonged to her. Perhaps some pictures she had second thoughts about. But it was her last time, seeing him or anyone.

Thank you for the comment. He had at least 15 screen names, some were used for seductions, and some were used for threats. The best thing is that with the charges he presently faces he could spend eighty years in jail. With a murder charge in Virginia he could face the death penalty. If there was someone who justified its use it is Ben Fawley.
It's just the tip of the iceberg of the stories in and around Richmond. I suspect a gag order will be issued very soon to preserve the case and the evidence. Sich does not begin to explain this drut.
This is just the tip of the iceberg in Richmond and probably a lot of other college towns. Things have really gotten out of hand here.
This sickens me. I hope he is given the death penalty, just like he gave Taylor. Thanks for all of the updates, etc. you put on your blog. I check in everyday now to see what you post.

Each day more of his websites are shut, due to the investigation. Yet, each day more of web sites turn up, and when he does get charged, and this terrible case goes to trial, the iceberg will slowly surface. And we hope, others can learn, and know the dangers of predators such as Ben Fawley.
10 years later and this guy will soon be free on parole. he is currently serving in a prison in new mexico, but he only got 30 years to begin with. what a joke. each of his 22 count of child porn were dropped in the plea agreement. these alone carried a minimum of 5 years each. our system is broke. he will not be rehabbed when placed back on the streets. he'll strike again.
well, at least a judge refused a retrial this past summer. it really is speculation just how these two ended up together, with one dead. he killed her. that's for sure. was it premeditated? idk. neither does anyone else, except for him. it's been 15 years, and i doubt he'll server the other 15. he'll be out in 5 for good behavior. watch out RVA, he's coming back!
I got off work one morning and had to walk past this guy and he gave me the creeps. I heard him ranting to another man next door about that bitch this or that...a few weeks later the Taylor Behl story broke. Seeing him and hearing his voice that morning I had actually sensed his evil because I remember feeling a sense of uneasiness in his presence.
