Chief Bennett is severly lacking in people skills. He leaves a lot to be desired in my book. I don't think much of him. How many times do you see him pulling an 11-7 shift in the east ward?

Thank you for your comment. I have had little contact with Chief Bennett. Yet, I beleive if what you are pointing out is true, management in the police force has little contact with what is happening on shifts. I find that disturbing and a formula for disaster.

I have seen what you describe happen in other organizations, both private and governmental. When the head does not know what the feet do, it begs the question where are we going?
