43- Year Old Fruit Cake Found in Attic

Okay, I admit it! I am one of those rare people who likes fruit cake...at least some fruitcake! My grandmother and mother made the best fruit cake! And my husband's grandmother makes pretty good fruit cake too.

But this fruitcake is not one I would be the least bit tempted to try, though I am amazed at the fact that it has maintained its composure through 43 years of storage:)
