Valentine Wins 23rd District Race

Shannon Valentine has won the 23rd District seat race. Mike Harrington has conceded.

Although, the race was predicted to be tight Shannon Valentine in early returns swept most of the votes in her corner. A Victory party will be held at the Depot restaurant downtown on the riverfront.
