We the shareholders of the United States, in order to provide a more perfect market, establish oligarchy, insure domestic tranquility for Iraq, provide for the common defense of Iraq while running deeper into debt, promote the corporate welfare and insure the blessings of liberty to other countries, do ordain and establish this Neoconstitution for the United Energy Companies of America.
