So we are in the equal chances area. Just what does that mean?

Hi, it means we have an equal chance of have a warmer winter or colder winter than the previous average. More of the same I think, and it is suppose to be dryer also, from other stuff I have read.

Well, that's not the right answer, Bob. I am wanting 2 foot of snow between Christmas and New Year. Perhaps we should start working on our snow dance!

less than 55% warmer. So does that mean we could have a warmer than average winter? I don't like the cold weather but it would be good to kill out a lot of the bugs. November in Texas has been very warm.
