What Will the Lynchburg Grand Jury be Considering Tuesday?

When the Grand Jury for Lynchburg convenes as they do every first Tuesday of the month, they will decide what cases will go forward in Lynchburg's criminal justice system. This month they will be contemplating 40 plus cases. Violations from drugs, to robbery, to rape, will be put in their hands. Here is a partial list of some of the violations they will be investigating:


Rape - Force Threat or Intimidation (attempt)Abduction - Simple Assault Family/Household Member
Aggravated Sexual Battery - Victim Under 13
01 Burglary - Larceny Felony or A&B - Unarmed
Concealment - 3rd offense
Assault & Battery - Law Enforcement Officer Obstruction of Justice Stopping on Highways
Assault & Battery - Law Enforcement Officer
Possession with Intent/CocainePossess Marijuana - 2nd Offense Concealed Weapon
Firearm - Use During Commission of Felony Wearing Mask in Public
Embezzlement Violation of Protective OrderAssault Family/Household Member - 3rd offense
-Forgery Uttering
Firearm - Possession by Convicted Violent Felon
Robbery (attempt) Firearm - Use During Commission of Felony Shoot or Throw Missile in/at Occupied Building - Malicious Firearm - Use During Commission of Felony Wearing Mask in Public
-01 Burglary - Larceny Felony or A&B - Unarmed
Possess with Intent Marijuana - 1/2 oz. to 5 lbs. Possess Cocaine Robbery Firearm - Use During Commission of Felony Wounding - Malicious Wearing Mask in Public
Construction Fraud
01 Burglary - Larceny Felony or A&B - Unarmed

Thanks for the imput. Oddly while his name does appear on the Virginia's Judicial System website for a grand jury investigation today, it does not show up on the Commonwealth's Attorney Site. When I find out more information, I will keep you posted.
