OPTION 1. Noah's Wish is a national organization dedicated to helping animals during disasters such as Hurrican Katrina, and has a rescue team on site in Louisiana. To learn how you can help them, visit: http://www.noahswish.org
OPTION 2. Humane Society of United States Disaster Relief Fund. HSUS's National Disaster Animal Response Teams are coordinating with state officials, federal agencies, and other organizations to start evacuating animals out of the most-affected areas of the South. OPTION 3. The Best Friends Hurricane Relief Fund. Best Friends Animal Santuary, which operates the Nation's largest sanctuary for homeless animals, is collecting funds that they will direct to the local rescue efforts for animals in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
