The Virginia Department of Health is offering free lunch totes to the first 100 entries that ace a true or false test of eight questions. And if you don't know the answers, they are found on the Virginia Health Department web site.

Even if you are not lucky enough to be in the first 100, you will learn what is important to get your children ready for school beyond the usual, books, clothes, notebooks and pencils.
