Spotsylvania Intimate Investigations

The Richmond Times is reporting:

“SPOTSYLVANIA -- Spotsylvania County authorities yesterday defended their practice of allowing detectives to engage in sexual activity while investigating suspected illegal massage parlors.”

The Richmond Times further reports:

“In the latest case, Smith said his department consulted with Spotsylvania Commonwealth's Attorney William F. Neely. The Virginia attorney general's office assisted in the drafting of a search warrant affidavit that mentioned sexual acts being performed as part of the investigation, according to the Post's report.”

One detective was very generous leaving a 350 dollar tip in the execution of the massage parlor investigation.
