Polar Express: IMAX: Richmond

Last year, my family and I were able to see Polar Express on the big screen and at the IMAX theater in Virginia Beach. Now it is coming to the Science Museum of Virginia in Richmond. This is a spectacular movie and some of the things you see in the movie will make more sense when you see it in 3D. So be sure to go check it out!

Richmond: Opening of The Polar Express IMAX Film at the Science Museum of Virginia; Nov. 25, 2005-Jan. 22, 2006.Based on the beloved Caldecott Medal children's book by Chris Van Allsburg, this inspiring adventure steams into the IMAX®DOME for the holidays. When adoubting young boy takes an extraordinary train ride to the North Pole, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery and learns that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe. For information on showtimes and ticketprices, a free Polar Express party kit (with printables for nametags, invitations, crafts and games to have your own party or a fun unit study), a trailer of the film and a teacher's guide with discussion questions and more, see: IMAX.

Too bad we have to go to Richmond for this. I just saw Magnificent Desolation, which is in 3D.
