You act as their coach, giving them a helping hand with some of the details. This is science at its best. Your team will identify a problem, look into it, come up with an innovative solution, refine the solution ...and have fun doing it! Plus the team - including you as their coach - will be competing for an all-expense-paid trip to National Championship Week at Walt Disney World, a $25,000 grant to further develop their solution and U.S. Savings Bonds of $2,000 for each student team member.This program is for 6th, 7th and 8th graders, and is open to homeschoolers.For complete contest rules and guidelines.
