Rita Projected to be A Cat 4: Evacuations Eminent

CNN News is reporting on the TV broadcast, evacuations are being ordered from Florida, New Orleans and Galveston Texas.

Rita has her claws outs she is expected to be a Cat 4 Hurricane at least. Even a glancing blow to New Orleans portends serious problems to the weakened levees. With sustained winds of 140 miles an hour expected, Federal, State and Local resources are mobilizing and lessons from past mistakes are being headed.

Both New Orleans and Galveston have issued new states of emergency. Rita is turning into Katrina's twin sister.
