National History Day Competion

On DL Ennis blog there is a post about National History Day. He reports:

"The local competition encompasses a fifty mile radius of Lynchburg Virgina. High schools and junior high schools from every county within the fifty mile limit will be sending every child that wants to participate in the competition. There are two divisions based on school grades, (Junior Division-grades 6, 7, and 8 ) (Senior Division-grades 9, 10, 11, and 12.) Categories include (Performances, Documentaries, Exhibits, and Papers.)"

Mr Ennis has been selected as one of the judges of the competition. And finalists will have the opportunity to move forward to the National competition.
