Three Continents Tense for al Qaeda Action to Mark 4th Anniversary of 9/11

There are signs that an attack is in the works...increased communication, intelligence showing that Zarqawi is planning a spectacular attack, and the fact that Zarqawi has praised Allah for Katrina and has declared he will add to our suffering.
