Ben Fawley Appears in Court: The Trial is Set

Ben Fawley, who has admitted, Behl Taylor died at his hands appeared in court yesterday. His trial date was set for August 17th. There are petitions to allow cameras in the trial, but both the defence and prosecution are opposed to this move.

Letters by Ben Fawley to an estranged girlfriend are reported to be in the hands of the prosecution. Although, Ben Fawley now admits that Behl Taylor died at his hands, he claims it was accidental.
